The gathering of women

She Walks in Beauty
She walks in beauty like the night

Of cloudless climes and starry skies,

And all that's best of dark and bright

Meet in her aspect and her eyes;

Thus mellowed to the tender light

Which heaven to gaudy day denies.

One ray the more, one shade the less

Had half impaired the nameless grace

Which waves in every raven tress

Or softly lightens o'er her face,

Where thoughts serenely sweet express

How pure, how dear their dwelling place.

And on that cheek and o'er that brow

So soft, so calm yet eloquent,

The smiles that win, the tints that glow

But tell of days in goodness spent

A mind at peace with all below,

A heart whose love is innocent.

--
Lord Byron, (George Gordon)

When
I
opened
the
box...

what BEAUTY spilled forth!

I promised its sender
I'd scream
when I received the box,
perhaps she'd hear me
from all
the way
over there?

But, as it turns out...
what happened
is that my breath
had been knocked
right out
from inside
my chest.
*gasp*

No longer a stranger,
Paige spread sunshine
from darkened
Alaskan skies
to Alabama
and brightened my day.

As I poured over the contents
and selected my muse
(above pic is of the items I gathered to keep),

Oh, who am I kidding?
I went back for more of those textured sheets!

Well behaved women rarely make history -Laurel Thatcher Ulrich

Additionally,

I took out from the box

the warmth of your friendship,

the beauty of your giving spirit,

the glow of seeing your workmanship up close & personal,

a piece of your heart,

reflections of your smile!

And

I gave thought

to just what this treasure box

meant to me?

Passion

Power

Strength

Togetherness

Spirit

I was moved to add to the box,

and,

and,

and the ONLY

piece I ask to keep with

The Sacred Crow Treasure Box

is the beaded female face.

So,

today Dec. 3rd

I'm wrapping up the goodies

(like Santa would)

and I'm shipping it off to Grace

THANK YOU

Connie,

Gris,

Paige,

and Grace

for

the gathering of women

EXPERIENCE.
